The event, which any confectioner cannot allow missing!

For the first time in Ukraine!

INTERNATIONAL HAUTE CONFECTIONARY FESTIVAL will be held on April 17-20.  

Organizers: International Forum of Food Industry and Packaging IFFIP and DGF International Culinary Concept.

Ukraine is welcoming stars of confectionary industry, such as Christophe Michalak, Angelo Musa, Anabelle Lucantonio.

Maestro, considered one of the top 10 pastry chefs of the world, – Angelo Musa will open the festival. He will hold the practical workshop on his author’s desserts in French culinary school DGF International Culinary Concept on April 17-19.  

On April 18 – 19 IFFIP will welcome the world champion in confectionary among women – Anabelle Lucantonio.

On April 20 Christophe Michalak, the guru of confectionary, will conduct a workshop within IFFIP.  For 5 years his workshops were the most cherished dream for professional confectioners, as Christophe has not held any offsite workshops for these years.

Besides these world renowned professionals, there will be a number of the best Ukrainian pastry chefs holding their workshops at the festival: Valerii Sozanovskyi, Valentyn Shtefanio, Yelyzaveta Hlinska, Gi Berzheman, Maria Shramko, Ihor Zarytskyi, Alla Belousova,  Volodymyr Pryshchepa, Kateryna Kryzhanivska, Oleksandr Brazhevskyi, Volodymyr Yadlovskyi and others.

Equipment and tools for desserts preparation at the festival are provided by partner companies of DGF ICS – New Project and Forward.

The festival will take place at 2 venues: DGF International Culinary Concept (86-H, Kazymira Malevycha Str., Kyiv) and the main ground, International Forum of Food Industry and Packaging IFFIP (International Exhibition Centre, 15, Brovarskyi Ave., Kyiv).
