From the 10^th till the 12^th of April 2019 the first Ukrainian National Confectionery Art Championship with public selection process and transparent voting will take place at IFFIP exhibition.

As a part of Championship the most famous world confectioners will hold workshops at the stage of the event:

• Christophe Adam - ex-Creative director of Fauchon, Founder of author’s eclairs café chain L' Eclair de Génie, Mentor of a talented confectioner Cedric Grolet, Author of a series of culinary books, Famous star of the culinary show Qui sera le prochain grand pâtissier?
• Angelo Musa - Winner of the Cup of France, World Champion in confectionery art. Brand-chef of Plaza Athénée Paris (*** Michelin)
• Damien Pichon - Representative of a young generation of confectioners, Winner of Concours Général Chocolat Rotary Grand Ouest.

The Championship will offer:
✔ 3 days of demonstration workshops;
✔ tasting of author’s desserts;
✔ recipe book with the description of all processes and techniques;
✔ contest of confectioners for the right to represent Ukraine at the World Championship in Paris
✔ informal communication with the stars of confectionery world
