The company has been implementing the concept idea lean production for a few years so far, in order to minimize all types of expenses, to use resources more effectively and to raise safety at work. One of the underlying ideas of this concept is the necessity to  constantly improve all aspects of production.

To encourage co-workers to improve working processes Univest Marketing organizes contests with employees of shoe factory Progress Service for a bigger number of implemented improvements. For the first 2 weeks of the contest almost 400 ideas were implemented to result in increase of general quality of company’s work.
